Female Breast Exercises




Many women who want to improve the shape and firmness of their breasts due care or weight loss can benefit from a trip to the gym instead of the plastic surgeon's office. There are a number of exercises that women can do that are designed to improve the appearance and tone of their breasts without the risk or expense of cosmetic surgery. Enlargement Exercises
Women who are not satisfied with the size of their breasts can benefit from an exercise that improves the strength of the muscles located below the bust. The exercise, which requires no special equipment and can be done in the privacy of your own home, it can lead to an increase in breast size and shape better. To do this exercise, lie on your stomach, while stretching the toes. While bending your elbows and put your palms on the floor, slowly lift your upper body so that your palms are in line with your shoulders. Hold this position for 15 seconds and then relax. Firming Exercises

An exercise which helps to increase the tone of the muscle and tissue surrounding the breast is a push up amended, which does not require the use of special equipment. Repeat this exercise daily.
